We firmly believe that all skin types benefit from a little daily moisture - even men's, oily and problem skins. Amongst our range you will find natural moisturisers rich in healing herbal infusions, nut butters and fruit oils to soothe and assist with all skin conditions -even psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis and very dry or rough, chapped skin.
Your skin is your body's largest organ (having a surface area of approx. 2 square metres), although the surface is constantly replenishing itself it lasts a lifetime and puts up with all sorts of neglect and harsh treatment. In today's environment with everyday exposure to pollution, chemicals, bacterias, allergens and the damaging rays of the sun your skin has to cope with a whole range of irritants. Not only that but it is also bombarded with chemically produced products masquerading as having 'natural' goodness......
The way that skin traditionally handles these daily hazards is to maintain a strong barrier of moisture to keep scavengers at bay. Dry, centrally heated buildings, cold weather, diet - even illness can reduce the skins ability to retain moisture. When skin becomes dry you feel uncomfortable - it can even peel or crack and leave you susceptible to irritation or infection.
In our opinion you can never have too much moisturiser. Properly hydrated and moisturised skin is glowing, healthy, plumped-up and fine lines are reduced. Even chronic skin conditions are soothed and protected by the repeated use of our natural, specially blended, plant based moisturisers.
Here at Woadworks Natural Skincare we take great care to match our pure, natural creams and butters with homemade botanical infusions blended with precision and fragranced with therapeutic Essential oils.
Our creams and moisturisers are so gentle you can safely use them round the eye area - and a small amount on a cotton ball will safely and gently remove eye makeup without stinging.

Although we only use pure Essential Oils, totally natural ingredients and plant based colours in all our skincare products most of which are organically sourced there are a very few customers who have a skin sensitivity to even natural ingredients. These include some nut and Essential oils – mainly those with a known ’spicy’ provenance such as Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove etc. This may cause a tingling and/or reddening of the skin. If you are sensitive to such natural ingredients you will probably know by now but just in case……
PLEASE patch test our products on the inside of your wrist before using them on your face…………if you find you have a sensitivity to any of our 100% natural skincare products just return them in their original packaging and we will either exchange or issue a refund including the cost of returning – your consumer rights are not affected by this offer.

Blacksmith's Soap with ground Pumice
made especially for blacksmiths, farriers, mechanics and everyone else trying to slough dirt and grease from hands the natural way......100g min Suggested by an Artist Blacksmith friend this is our heaviest-duty cleansing soap. Ideal kitchen sink soap - deals effectively with ground-in dirt, grease, grass stains, cooking smells and just about everything else. We've added a light touch of Organic English Lavender Essential oil for both it's ability to soothe burns and it's antibacterial properties. There's a generous helping of ground pumice in here too for it's natural exfoliation and a smattering of dried Rosemary leaves to help remove grime. Although it is highly exfoliating it is also made with over 75% pure Virgin Olive Fruit oil to replenish moisture. A creamy, gentle bar with exceptional cleaning properties..... .....
